Two Day Trips

Raft the Class 3-4+ Upper Klamath River not once, but twice on our Upper Klamath overnight trip. The Upper Klamath is action packed and you will want to raft it again! The "Hell’s Corner" section of the Upper Klamath provides exciting white water, amazing scenery, and warm water to play in. The Upper Klamath is known as being some of the best whitewater rafting in the west. On this overnight trip we provide and cook gourmet food while you relax by the campfire, and sleep under the stars. It is the perfect quick getaway from it all.

CONSISTENT WATER

It's the middle of the summer and whitewater rafting doesn't get any better than the Upper Klamath! While most rivers in the United States are dried up from their spring runoff, the Upper Klamath has plenty of water throughout the summer because of scheduled water releases from the JC Boyle Dam upstream.

SLEEP UNDER THE STARS

We'll raft the Upper Klamath's epic rapids the first day then head to camp traveling along a wilderness dirt road. Our camp is located at the historic Frain Ranch right above Caldera rapid. We'll spend the evening eating a delicious river side dinner and of course, dessert. Then retire to the campfire where you'll listen to the crackling fire and stories of the day's adventures. Sleep in our comfortable sleeping bags, tents, and on our extremely comfortable 3" thick sleeping pads. Of course if you have your own camping equipment that you want to bring on the trip you are more than welcome. The next morning we'll have an exciting start with our first rapid, Caldera. We'll run all of the same great rapids we did the day before and then continue a few miles past State Line Falls where we'll end our adventure.

SAFETY FIRST

We strive to make all of our river trips safe. Because the Upper Klamath's toughest rapids are Class 4+ we never run single boats on this stretch of river. We require that all our Upper Klamath rafting trips include a safety boat, either a kayak or raft. All of our professional raft guides are highly trained with Advanced First Aid/CPR certification and certified in Swiftwater Rescue. Some of our guides are certified Wilderness First Responders, EMTs, and Paramedics.

DELICIOUS MEALS

We love to eat well! That's why we serve only the most delicious lunches, dinner, and breakfast, and of course dessert. We provide healthy food choices and always choose organic whenever it is available. If you have any specific dietary needs or requests please let us know at the time of booking and we will do everything to accommodate your needs. Alcohol is not included with the dinner, but if you would like to bring your own please feel free to do so.
