Eric Hamilton is a highly skilled, long time river guide who has spent time guiding in Alaska, Arizona, and now here in Southern Oregon. “Most Excellent Adventure!!” Started the day with an excellent driver who took us safely to the input, fed us fruit and muffins and sent us off on the Upper Klamath. Our guide was also most excellent, putting us perfectly in the right spot for the most exciting ride. Lunch was delicious and more excitement and a little bit of relaxing. We really felt well cared for. My favorite day trip. Driven in van by Ben, felt safe. At river putin, Ben served snacks. Guides Keven and Bryon gave safety briefing, answering questions with knowledge. Each were polite and good river dirvers. The Upper Klamath is a difficult river, three Class IV + rapids in quick succession. we felt safe as guides gave understandable commands to keep us have fun while enjoying being drentched. Lunch was superb. "Dear Leslie and Matt, “Total River Confidence” “Fantastic Day Kayaking the Rogue River” We (two adults and two kids, 9 and 12 years old) stopped by for three hours of rafting along our trip from LA to Seattle. We had no previous experience of river adventure but our excellent guide Kevin explained everything we needed to know. "Great Trip" “By far, the best white-water rafting experience I've ever had!” "Wow! We have never experienced a better river-rafting trip. Eric, our guide was on-time, well-informed of the area's history and techically-proficient in the science of safely navigating the Rogue River. My wife and I who are recently retired, felt safe and comfortable knowing our guide was so experienced and skilled. There were no lectures, put-downs or threats in handling the class 3 and 4 runs, just simple concise instructions were given before each section of the excursion. Best of all, a brief technical explanation was given after each run and we were coached and encouraged in preparation for the next course. Yet, this was truly a fun day, with much laughter and great conversation. The trip was an excellent value and we plan to do it again." "I did the 1/2 day rafting on the Rogue. It was class 2-4, and about all the adventure I could handle all packed into 3 hours. Our guide (Eric, I believe) was awesome. Very friendly but not too chatty—he let us enjoy the silence of nature at many an interval. I highly recommend this outfitter." He also was very reassuring to my 9 year old, who had a blast too, but had to warm up to the experience at first. Dear Matt and Leslie, Hi, My daughters and I had a great time rafting down the Rogue River Nugget trip last Saturday (6/19). Our guide was great (sadly, I have forgotten his name). My daughters are adventurous, but had never rafted before. I was pleased to see him patiently answer all their questions. And he did a great job of making the easy rapids fun, and carefully descending the tougher rapids. "Thank you so much for the amazing rafting experience Sunday afternoon. After the rafting trip, we were then picked up and taken back to our hotel. I would recommend anyone to your company and to Chris as their guide. We rode with the Xavier family that day. Chris was very careful in his instructions and safety procedures. He is a real people person and made our morning ride very enjoyable. We came from Wisconsin to ride with Kokopelli and were not let down.
