After a very strange winter of no precipitation in December to lots of rain in March and April we are now ready to put an end to the fickle weather. Typically in Ashland and Medford, Oregon the temperatures in June begin to rise and sun consistently shines through September. What that means is that the rivers are busy and everyone is out enjoying recreation that Southern Oregon and Northern California offer.

Are you looking for a BIG thrill?
One of our favorite rivers for BIG excitement on a hot summer day is the adrenaline charged Upper Klamath River. The Upper Klamath, located a little over an hour away from Ashland, is the most exciting Class 4+ summer white water rafting in the West. The UK includes adventure with plenty of flow throughout the entire summer months. Beginners are welcome to experience the Upper Klamath. Just be ready to get soaked! The Upper Klamath is our most popular full day trip for ages 13 and up.
