The weather here in Southern Oregon and Northern California has been crazy lately! The middle of May greeted us with record high temperatures. The average was right around 100 degrees. It was a scorcher since the week before it was very mild. This morning we woke up to rain which we haven't seen in a while.
Because of record temperatures local rivers have begun to rise. The Rogue River is currently running above 8000 cfs and our normal summertime river flows are anywhere between 1000-3000 cfs. The Klamath is also running higher than normal but our guests on the river are loving it! High flows right now mean lots of water left for summer river rafting and kayaking trips.
Join us for a half day, full day, or multi-day river rafting or kayaking adventure. Take advantage of all of the spectacular rivers located right in our backyard and when they're running big! We'll see you on the river soon...
