BIG water means BIG ADVENTURE

by LD

Whitewater rafting on the Upper Klamath is on many people's "to do" list this summer. We've taken out many groups out rafting already this spring on this whitewater adventure and now it's your turn!

Charge through Class 4+ rapids with daunting names like "Caldera", "Hell's Corner", and "Satan's Gate". Don't be afraid because our highly experienced river guides know this run like the back of their hands and safety is always their main focus. Warm up on Class 2 & 3 rapids before you are challenged with the big ones. Raft down this 18 mile stretch of river and enjoy a delicious riverside lunch after paddling hard through the gut of Hell's Corner gorge.

Not only is this federally protected “Wild and Scenic” canyon famous for outstanding white water, with no less than 47 quality rapids in this one day run, but also for its abundant wildlife including bald eagles, geese, turtles, and deer. With a long history full of Native American Indian settlements and stagecoach robbers, the canyon has an impressive past that is easy to imagine when you pass by what remains of log buildings, a ghost town, and caves in the cliffs that overlook the river below.

Take a break this summer for time to play on the Upper Klamath River. Summer is almost here and now is the time to go rafting! We look forward to sharing this amazing river journey with you!
