Bureau of Reclamation joins Kokopelli for teambuilding

A day of challenging games

The Bureau of Reclamation, based out of Klamath Falls, Oregon, joined Kokopelli River Guides for a day of teambuilding on the Lower Klamath River. The group was a little nervous about this whole experience because they weren't even told about this little adventure until the day of the event!

After getting all geared up and a safety talk we headed down the river. The adventure had begun... There were games of physical and mental challenge all the way up to the very end of the day. The team had to work together to solve the problems that were put in front of them. There were no losers, only winners. It was obvious to Matt and I, who were the guides, that this group who were co-workers, was really working together, bonding, joking, laughing, and becoming a true team.

The group had so much fun together that they agreed that they would stop on the way home and pick up some beers and have a drink together. Isn't having fun is what teambuilding is all about?
