River Trip Reservation Policies

Rafting and Inflatable Kayaking Trips

Half Day and Full Day Trips

Upon booking we will be holding space for you and your group in anticipation that you will be participating on the trip reserved. We require a credit card number to secure the reservation. All half day rafting trips, full day rafting trips, and inflatable kayaking trips will be charged a 10% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. We will charge the remaining balance of the trip 48 hours prior to the trip. There is no refund for the full cost of trip if cancellation is made less than 48 hours prior to trip. No show, no refund. There will be no exception to these rules.

Multi-Day River Trips

Upon reserving a multi-day river trip you will be required to provide a credit card number. A 10% non-refundable deposit will be required. After 30 days prior to the trip cancellations will not be allowed and all trip monies will be forfeited. Due to the small nature of these multi-day trips your cancellation may cause the trip to be cancelled for others reserved on the same trip. There will be no exception to these rules.

• Advance Reservations are always recommended
• Groups of ten or more receive a 10% discount off any rafting or inflatable kayaking trip
• AAA members receive 10% discount off half day and full day raft trips or IK trips
• Out of our control: A 3% BLM/USFS usage fee will be added to all of our rafting trips and inflatable kayaking trips.

Kokopelli reserves the right to cancel or change any trip upon our discretion. All trips run regardless of weather conditions.

Kokopelli Kayak and Whitewater, LLC and Kokopelli River Guides are equal opportunity service providers. We operate under special use permits administered by: USFS Happy Camp District, BLM Medford District, BLM Klamath Falls District, and Jackson County Parks.

Release of Liability

River trips are not without inherent risks. Kokopelli River Guides cannot assume responsibility for injury to rafting / kayaking / rental participants or loss of personal property. You will be required to read and sign a waiver and release prior to your trip.
